I remember a guy like this is Iraq. He came from northern Iraq for a job interview on base. Nice suit, blonde, blue eyed. We thought he was a contractor. Turns out his Dad was British and Mom was Iraqi. Grew up in Iraq. But these 2 in Trashcanistan I’d bet were Russian defectors. It isn’t unheard of from the old war with the soviets.
